Job summary Greeting guests and visitors with a positive, friendly and helpful attitude and deliver exceptional customer services. Assisting clients in finding their way around the Mansion. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and proposing travel plans with transportation. Answering phone calls in a professional manner and carry out calls routing as necessary. Duties and Responsibilities Handle front desk daily operations of handling guests’ check in, check out and reservation. Handle cashiering system and luggage services. Welcome greets and usher all guest & patrons of the hotel. Handle all guests’ requests and telephone calls (in-house and external). Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to guest request. Ensure guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeat guests are pre-registered. Maintain the daily guest service report by ensuring any unusual happenings, incidences and all
