Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Connection Executive based in Penang, Malaysia. The Guest Connection Executive is responsible for creating memorable experiences for hotel guests by addressing their needs, managing requests, and delivering personalized services. Daily tasks include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving inquiries, coordinating with other departments for guest services, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay. The role also involves promoting hotel amenities and maintaining high standards of hospitality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests effectively
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems or CRM software is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
