Job Scope

1. Clinical Support
- Assisting the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, root canals).
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and materials.
- Mixing dental materials like fillings and impression materials.
- Taking and processing X-rays under supervision.
- Handling suction and ensuring patient comfort during treatments.

2. Patient Care
- Customer (Patient) service
- Greeting and preparing patients for treatment.
- Providing reassurance and aftercare advice.
- Recording medical history and updating patient records.
- Daily follow up appointment

3. Infection Control & Hygiene
- Ensuring the surgery is clean and disinfected.
- Following strict infection control protocols.
- Handling and disposing of clinical waste safely.

4. Administrative Tasks
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Processing payments and so on.

5. Additional Responsibilities (depending on qualifications)
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

**Requirements**:

- Female (18-50 years old)
- Full Time
- SPM or has experience in dental assistant
- Can work in individual & team
- Able to travel other branch
- Can start work immediately

Skills Needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Training Provided
