**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Reports To**: HR Manager
**Job Summary**
The Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming reception area, coordinating meeting room bookings, and supporting daily administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
**Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front Desk Support**
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier and delivery services.
- Maintain the reception area, lobby, and meeting rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and replenish meeting room supplies (e.g., stationery, water) and ensure rooms are properly arranged.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
**Administrative & Document Management**
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and staff attendance records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, arranging replenishment as required.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate smooth and efficient office operations.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
