Join Our Dynamic Team as an **Accounts Executive - AP**

The **Accounts Executive - AP**is responsible for doing clerical works in the Accounts Payable process. The AP needs to ensure that the Accounts Payable Voucher prepared is aligned and supported by documents such as billing, SOA, etc. This role is also involved in checking the accuracy of the supporting documents and ensuring that it is properly recorded in the accounting system.

As our **Accounts Executive - AP**, you will:

- Receives invoices from suppliers and clubs
- Checking mathematical accuracy and appropriateness of supplier’s invoices and billings
- Prepares disbursement sheet - calculate withholdings
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of Accounts Payable Vouchers and attached its supporting documents
- Organised the timely filing of the hard copy of invoices and official receipts
- Booking of AP related entries in Accounting software
- Monitoring of outstanding accounts payables and ensure that suppliers are paid on a timely basis
- Prepare bank disbursement/payment request to be approved by the management
- Assist the Assistant Finance Manager or any other Manager that is assigned by the company in doing monthly closing procedures
- Responsible for ensuring strict compliance with their sub department SOPs

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic.
- Efficient, strong analytical & presentation skill and able to meet deadlines.
- Independent, initiative, self-starter and willing to work with minimum supervision.
- Passionate to learn and explore new knowledge.
- Positive attitude to work under pressure or overtime.
- PC literate with excellent Microsoft excel/google drive and formulas.

- Demonstrate positive attitude by showing professionalism, courtesy, cooperation to both internal and external customers
- Manage and send the reports required including but not limited to sales, accidents, injuries, equipment damages, etc.
- Follow company protocols for discipline, performance management and safety.
- Manage compliance to club house rules and SOPs. Notify the club manager or department head of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible.
- Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.
- Participate in safety training and safety inspections.

Work Location:
KL Eco City

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
