**Project Executive**:
**Mobility is the goal****:
To manage projects successfully in meeting the completion schedule, to lead and uplift safety culture of project team and ensuring quality standard are met in accordance to Schindler standard and requirement. And to work within the cost allocated in achieving & exceeding the company’s financial target.

**Mobility needs you****:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering related.

With working experience of 3 years in lift and escalators industry or Construction industry.

**Professional Skills & Experience - **required by a newcomer to this position
- Engineering background
- Project Management experience preferable in lift & escalator industry
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Able to communicate well to all Levels (i.e. Main-contractor, sub-contractor & other trades)
- Proactive on action
- Able to manage sub-con and main-con
- Able to lead a team
- Experience in Project Management for Lifts and Escalators
- Experience in Lift & Escalator JKKP code
