**Location**: Port Dickson / Sendayan site
**Contract Duration**: 3 Months
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Start Date**: Immediate Joiner Preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure that work progresses as per schedule.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on technical and site matters.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection checklists, and NCRs if needed.
- Assist in verifying progress claims and work done on-site.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to the project team.

**Requirements**:

- **Registered with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia)** - Mandatory
- **Minimum 5 years** of experience as an IOW (M&E) in building or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, standards, and local regulations
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willing to work 6 days a week on-site
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
