**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the Project Manager in supervising the M&E works.
- To assist Project Manager and contractor and ensure compliance to all project schedule and budgets and evaluate all associated equipment and workforce to meet all design requirements.
- To assist Project Manager to provide an interface with design group and resolve all issues of contractor, evaluate and prepare reports.
- Inspect and monitor the progress and quality of M&E works on construction sites to ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and relevant codes and standards
- Maintain detailed records of site inspections, test results, and other relevant documentation
- To monitor and implement all safety program for projects and for assign areas.
- To submit weekly report to the Project Manager.
- To obtain own timesheet approval from the client’s Site Representative.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to address any issues or non-conformities and ensure timely rectification

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inspector of Works or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on M&E works
- Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
- Have BEM Registered - Inspector of Works (IOW)
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations related to M&E systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and other construction documents
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Location : Pulau Indah, Laguna Park

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
