Job Description:

  • Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications, focusing on quality and timely completion.
  • Inspect mechanical and electrical (M&E) works external works, and infrastructure stages, ensuring adherence to approved specifications and inspection test plans.
  • Verify materials meet project requirements and manage remedial works to meet contract deadlines.
  • Provide regular progress updates to superiors, highlighting any issues with construction quality or delays.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily work activities. including labor, machinery, and weather conditions.
  • Conduct final inspections and oversee handover processes, ensuring all as-built drawings are prepared and submitted.
  • Manage and control project documents and data for accuracy and accessibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Registered as a Graduate Engineer and/or Inspector of Works with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high-rise projects.
