You're responsible for risk identification, assessment and monitoring of key risks areas (Financial & Insurance) at Allianz General Insurance Company (“AGIC”) and assist in implementing any new risk initiatives from BNM and Allianz SE (Regional & Group).

**Responsibilities**
- Support identification, analysis, evaluation and monitoring of risks (including emerging and ESG) across Allianz Malaysia Berhad/AGIC and follow up on mitigation actions.
- Prepare all assessments and reporting relevant to Financial & Insurance Risk on a timely basis, and familiarize with relevant local regulatory (BNM) and Allianz Group requirements
- Conduct reviews and regular monitoring in the relevant business areas to ensure compliance with all risk-related policies, limits, and guidelines; as well as to provide reasonable assurance that controls are in place and working effectively
- Perform stress tests and participate in the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) exercise to ensure adequate capital to meet the Company’s capital requirements on an ongoing basis
- Support implementation of new initiatives from local Management, BNM, Allianz Group
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Degree in Actuarial Science/ Risk Management/ Finance
- Fresh graduate or those with less than 2 years relevant experience in Financial Institutions are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
