Risk Management Manager

Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement of Risk Management Policy and Procedure to all subsidiary and department within AZRB Group - Continuous communicate, evaluate and improve the Risk Management Policy and Procedure - Execute and provide risk management services such as facilitation and other advisory services to ensure that all subsidiary and department including project identify, analyse, implement, review and monitor the risk action plan activity effectively - Facilitate the risk assessment process and risk action plan development process of subsidiary and department within AZRB Group - Provide independent input on risk assessment (risk identification and risk rating) and risk action plan effectiveness - Conduct independent assessment and enquiry in the event that any HIGH or EXTREME risk(s) that could have material or significant impact to AZRB Group - Prepare and report risk management report to Risk Management Committee (RMC), Special Audit and Risk Committee (SARC) and Board of Director - Prepare and perform as secretarial duties to Risk Management Committee - Execute and perform risk management educational program such risk awareness, risk training and risk workshop to subsidiary and department including project within AZRB Group Job Requirements: - Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in Risk Management. - Strong analytical, organizational, leadership skills and stakeholder management. - Good presentation and report writing skills. - Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
