The team is responsible to add values by formulating and driving the implementation of risk strategy and risk analytics for the Group and its’ entities in supporting the Management to better understand threats and opportunities and potential trade-offs. Introduce new approaches or methodologies in
the Risk Management function to improve efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the risk strategy for the Group.
- Utilizing data and technology to provide valuable insights to the Management to better understand industry trends and potential threats and opportunities for the Group.
- Work directly with the business units in the development of risk analytics to better understand the units’ risk exposures and make informed risk-taking decisions.
- Provide risk advisory, including the recommendation of risk mitigation options, on risks associated with new products, partnership and business arrangements, projects, initiatives, and regulatory changes.
- Identify and analyze emerging risks and develop monitoring and potential mitigations for the identified emerging risks.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related discipline.
- Data science certifications, or business process improvement certification.
- At least 1-year of experience in analytical research and development, or business process transformation.
