**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Management & Reporting**
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting in line with MFRS, IFRS, and internal policies.

**Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight**
- Oversee end-to-end AR/AP functions, including billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliations.
- Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Review and approve expenses to ensure compliance with financial policies and budgetary limits.

**Taxation, Audit & Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control standards.
- Review and finalize tax computations and statutory submissions.
- Manage internal and external audit processes, including coordination with auditors, tax agents, and regulators.

**Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking activities, and liquidity to support operational needs.
- Lead treasury operations including bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and investment strategies.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation measures as needed.

**Process Improvement & Team Leadership**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Mentor, develop, and manage finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with financial insights and analysis.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, AutoCount, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance best practices.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Mindset**: Strategic thinker with high attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
