**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Facilitate risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including reports and incident investigations.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- **Provide HSE compliance service when installing and maintaining electrical system for clients.**

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 of experience in HSE.
- **Yellow Book certificate compulsory.**:

- **Chinese Speaker is more preferable as client mostly come from China.**:

- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
