**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Project Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.

**2. Execution and Monitoring**:

- Oversee the implementation of F&B projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

**3. Resource Management**:

- Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the availability of required resources.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the successful delivery of F&B projects.
- Work closely with relevant teams to establish and enforce quality standards.

**5. Stakeholder Communication**:

- Foster effective communication among team members, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Address concerns and provide regular project updates to senior management.

**6. Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential risks associated with F&B projects.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent and address issues as they arise.

**7. Innovation and Improvement**:

- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**a) Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

**b) Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the F&B industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

**c) Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

**d) Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with F&B industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
