Overall planning of forage crop farm management including planting, harvesting, spraying, tilling & ploughing, and replanting program.
- General farm workers management and supervisions including evaluation and recruitment.Planning, budgeting, and monitor fodder crops plantation projects such as rain gun sprinkler irrigation, special project planting, land clearing, infrastructure works etc.
- Supervise farm machinery and tractor maintenance.Sourcing of tractor and machinery parts.
- Sourcing and ordering of fertilizers, nutrients, chemicals, and fertilizers.Planning and managing dairy farm zero waste management system including biofertilizer compost plant, vermifiltration, vermicompost and dairy effluent recycle system.
- Managing data and reports related to the work field.

**Requirement**:

- Preferable a graduate degree in agriculture or similar field study and qualification.
- Preferable 1 years of working experience in the related industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience, familiar, and well versed in term of usage of chemical and organic fertilizer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
