Electrical Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct technical training on electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Prepare training modules, slides, manuals, and assessment materials.
- Train new hires, technicians, operators, and trainees on electrical basics and SOPs.
- Demonstrate correct methods for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- Ensure all training follows electrical safety standards and company regulations.
- Assess participant performance and provide feedback or retraining when needed.
- Support the development of competency frameworks and certification paths.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
- Assist in creating or improving SOPs, WI (Work Instructions), and maintenance guidelines.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance updates when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in electrical systems, maintenance, or industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to design training modules and deliver technical content clearly.
- Good communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, and testing instruments.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,103.21 - RM8,006.65 per month
