Electrical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical training on electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Prepare training modules, slides, manuals, and assessment materials.
• Train new hires, technicians, operators, and trainees on electrical basics and SOPs.
• Demonstrate correct methods for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
• Ensure all training follows electrical safety standards and company regulations.
• Assess participant performance and provide feedback or retraining when needed.
• Support the development of competency frameworks and certification paths.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Assist in creating or improving SOPs, WI (Work Instructions), and maintenance guidelines.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance updates when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical systems, maintenance, or industrial operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to design training modules and deliver technical content clearly.
• Good communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, and testing instruments.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM8,006.65 per month
