**Responsibilities**:

- To supervise and coordinate project work and team workers.
- To prepare documents for project submission.
- Attend site meetings, follow up and solve project issues.
- Conduct on-site inspections of various work items together with the client/supervisory consultant.
- Submit progress reports, daily activity reports, checklists and material delivery orders to the person in charge for compilation.
- Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required.
- Maintain budgetary, scheduling and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
- Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.
- Set up new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Inspect current HVAC/Chiller systems for effectiveness and safety.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/Chiller systems to increase longevity.
- Troubleshoot current HVAC/Chiller system issues.
- Repair damaged HVAC/Chiller systems.
- Installs and repairs electronic/mechanical equipment, in field installations.
- Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices.
- Manage accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC/Chiller resources.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Utilise a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Identify faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Certificate/Diploma in HVAC; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in M&E Engineering or relevant field will be a plus.
- Preferrable 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and design software (AutoCAD).
- Proven experience in HV/AC/Chiller/Maintenance.
- Thorough understanding of HV/AC or Chiller systems.
- Familiarity of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Possess manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, organizational and leadership abilities.
- Team player, initiative and good attitude.
- Good physical condition and willing to work overtime, travel domestic and overseas.
- Knowledgeable in planning maintenance operations.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess Malaysian driving license B2 or D.
