Responsible in managing Periodic Pavement & Non-Pavement Work for Federal Road maintenance activities effectively and efficiently. To develop, plan, implement, coordinate and update the Maintenance Operation System and method in accordance to the Company Quality Policy, Procedure, Work Instructions and Specifications '¢ To manage, coordinate and implement the Periodic Pavement Work for Federal Road Maintenance activities and to ensure the works are properly executed as required by the company's objective, policy, clients' and government regulations. '¢ Responsible to manage and implement the maintenance operation in accordance to the Privatization Agreement's terms and conditions or as directed. '¢ To undertake and be responsible for the administrative duties as area office's head of department and within set of authorities limit. '¢ Prepare, monitor, control and review the project budget & business plan. '¢ Responsible to ensure all records pertaining to the maintenance activities are well kept, maintained and controlled. To ensure the private and confidential documents belong to the company are well kept and not exposed to the public. '¢ Coordinate, monitor, prepare, compile and submit reports to the clients and superiors as schedule. '¢ To monitor that all claims to the client or received from the '¢ Sub-contractors are submitted on timely manner and received payment accordingly. '¢ Provide all information exp. PQP has been sign and submit to QS to claim. '¢ Ensure all activities or works executed and QS has submitted them at site are fully completed, claimed and received payment from the client. '¢ Plan, schedule, conduct, attend and implement meeting as required by the management, client and authorities. '¢ Plan, coordinate and monitor all construction activities to ensure that they adhere to the time, quality and the budget and also comply with the specifications, safety and health, and environmental requirements. '¢ Responsible to manage complaints received from client, public and others in effective and efficient ways. Ensure all actions taken are timely and properly executed and detailed record for each occasion and action are kept for future use. '¢ Maintain and improve the good relationship with the clients, relevant local authorities and also within the company organization and group of companies. '¢ Responsible to ensure all company's assets movement are traceable, properly control and always maintained in good condition. '¢ Monitor, coordinate, analyze, and conduct domestic inquiry (DI) when required to ensure the discipline among staffs and sub-contractors adhere to the company's policies, rules and regulation standards and also government regulations. '¢ Setting of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and review staff performance (PMS) for immediate subordinates. '¢ To undertake other duties as and when directed by the superior.
