With a focus on quality, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking for a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
In addition, you will oversee the full scope of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire talent that aligns with the company's culture and long-term goals.
- Develop and implement people strategies to align to the business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administration to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement;
- Responsible for full HR spectrum.
- Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure efficient processes.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster positive employee relations and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet HR operational targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to track and improve operational performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Proven track record in the recruitment process and successfully hiring the right talent.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in related industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in HR systems and management tools.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Able to start immediately, is an added advantage.

**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm
Saturday: 8.00 am - 12.30 pm

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
