About the role

We are seeking a talented Human Resource (HR) Executive to join our growing team at Cardbiz Payment Services Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resource operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible and assist of the Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, payroll, administration, and any other HR related matters.
  2. Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
  3. Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign work station, brief of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
  4. Staff off-boarding procedure such as staff exit procedure, re-direct of company email etc.
  5. Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
  6. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
  7. Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
  8. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  9. Responsible in administrative matters.
  10. Handle all types of visas applications such as employment pass, special pass, dependent pass etc. and expatriate tax clearance in compliance with Immigration and Inland Revenue Board (IRB) requirement.
  11. Collaborate with HR on employee branding strategies and onboarding plans.
  12. Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the consulting or generalist HR industry
  3. Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Ability to work well in a team and independently to meet deadlines
  7. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
