Responsibilities:

· Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening applications, and coordinating interviews

· Execute effective recruitment strategies. Identify and explore new sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking opportunities.

· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

· Administer employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and claims.

· Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure all documentation, orientation, and clearance procedures are properly handled.

· Coordinate and monitor employee training programs, assist in administering the staff training and updating of staff training records.

· Handle leave and claims processing, ensuring documents are collected, verified, and filed accurately

· Support and participate in HR projects such as Learning & Development Programs, Employee Engagement activities, and appraisal activities.

· Assist in administering employee probation's employment contract and resignation and do all needful documentation processes as required by internal procedures and statutory requirements.

· Assist with day to day operations of the human resource and administration functions and duties

· Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements :

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or HR Generalist role

· Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

· Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and Malaysian employment laws

· Computer literacy, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Proficient in HR-related software, systems and applications.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
