Job Descriptions:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Food handling course arrangement
  • Liaise with outsource workers agents
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • To handle general administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements :

  • Possess a degree/diploma in Human Resource/Admin or any related field
  • At least 1 year working experience in the HR/Admin field
  • Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
  • Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
