**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting technical and business requirements
- Create clear system flow diagrams, data flow charts, and process documentation
- Support the development of functional specs, use cases, and test cases
- Participate in technical reviews and basic testing activities (UAT, system verification)
- Track progress across multiple tasks and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Document audit trail logs, access logs, and ensure timely reporting for compliance
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and follow up on dependencies
- Maintain structured documentation repositories and shared folders

**Requirements**:

- Background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- Familiarity with UML, use-case diagram, flow diagrams, and basic infrastructure components
- Good understanding of how systems interact (APIs, databases, integrations, user interfaces and apps)
- Logical thinker who can break down problems methodically and document clearly
- Programming background is a plus (understanding of code logic, data structures)
- Infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, cloud services) is an added advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with consistency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Jira)
- Internship positions for a duration of 3 - 6 months
- Willing to work in Damansara Intan, PJ

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
