Job descriptions:

- Assist full-time event coordinator/head of department with day-to-day operations and event planning.
- Participate in planning committee meetings related to event equipment, venue, and etc.
- Secure equipment and rentals as needed, set-up, tear-down, and help coordination of overall event execution.
- Participating in event rehearsals and onsite management.
- Prepare the related report regarding events that have been done.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of event planning principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
