Maxcis Niaga Sdn. Bhd. is a creative company specializing in Corporate Event Management, Design Consultancy, and Offset Printing.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Event Management Intern to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to event planning, client coordination, and creative execution for corporate and government projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and product launches.
  • Support logistics coordination, including vendor communication, venue setup, and material preparation.
  • Help prepare event proposals, presentation decks, and post-event reports.
  • Coordinate with the design and printing teams to ensure event materials are ready and meet branding standards.
  • Participate in on-site event setup and provide support during live events.
  • Conduct research on trends, venues, and suppliers to improve event concepts.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about corporate events, project coordination, and client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work flexible hours during event days (overtime allowance provided).
  • Possess own transport (preferred but not mandatory).
