Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Restaurant Event Consultant based in Shah Alam, with a flexible option for remote work. The Restaurant Event Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients to understand their vision, and ensuring seamless event execution. Key responsibilities include budgeting, organizing events, and providing top-notch customer service, while maintaining effective communication with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events.
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and Communication to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting to manage event finances and control costs effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with the food and hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field are beneficial.
