**Newnormz (My Weekend Plan Sdn Bhd)** seeks a seasoned SEO specialist with a proven record of driving tangible SEO outcomes, particularly focusing on local SEO strategies. This full-time position offers a local Sunshine Coast base.

**The Role**:

- As an integral part of our team, you will cultivate and manage client relationships, collaborate with the SEO team, and enhance the effectiveness of our SEO department.
- You’ll work alongside developers and content creators in our office, with access to strategic leadership for consultation and ideation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results-oriented solutions for clients of varying sizes.
- Work in a professional yet relaxed office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for target keywords.
- Ensure adherence to SEO content structure and best practices for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Utilize SEO tools such as ahrefs, surfer, or similar software to enhance content performance and productivity.

**Requirements (must-haves)**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on SEO writing experience.
- Experience in SEO writing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- MUST have a portfolio related to writing in English (Chinese is an advantage)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Proficiency in Analytics, Search Console, aHrefs, SEMrush.
