Regional Sales

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Build and sustain robust relationships with essential corporate clients and business

associates example. Corporate Hotels and Spas within Malaysia and overseas
- Work and mentor marketing, training, and sales teams to achieve professional and retail brand objectives and boost overall market share
- Improve company’s sales achievements and create more positive bottom line for all

companies within the group
- Identify potential new Sales leads and opportunities and discuss strategies and approach

with Management
- Enhance and drive company retail products growth by implementing successful retail

management strategies such as merchandising, customer experience and eCommerce
- Assist to identify and launch new products and services
- Assist to negotiate and manage supply partners, vendors and contractors when required
- Maintain daily communication with Management, and submit monthly Analysis and Sales

report
- Participation in Sales & Marketing meetings, and offsite business events - Trade Shows,

Exhibitions, Road shows

Qualification:
B.A. Degree in Business and/or related fields.

Diploma Certificate holders with excellent work references will also be considered.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5-10 years sales and and marketing position in personal care, spa or beauty related industries including:

- Manage and oversee sales team
- Sales operations, reporting, strategies
- Customer relationship management
- Training, Branding & Development
- Financial accountability
- Operations / Office Administration

- Excellent leadership qualities
- Strong analytical skills with commercial and retail sales awareness
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to be flexible, hands-on, handle stress and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese languages
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good presentation skills

Remuneration:

- RM10,000 per month
- Mileage claims and expense reimbursement when travelling on business matters
- Products rebate and special staff purchase of products
- Annual holidays
- Annual performance and incentive bonus

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
