**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in Manufacturing environment and 3 years experience in Production Management role.
- Strong knowledge in Production Management, Quality Standard, Lean Manufacturing principles and Inventory Management.
- Proven experience in managing production team and optimizing manufacturing process.
- Strong team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staffs.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
- Excellent strong leadership, organizational, decision-making and a result-driven person.
- Have working Experience in Road Furniture industrial is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in street lighting production is essential.
- Excellent communication, change and management, organizational development and problem-solving skill.
- Exceptional leadership skills to mentor and develop others.
- Has strong teamwork skills, is hands-on, demonstrates good initiative, and maintains a positive attitude toward handling complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the production floor to design and establish the street lighting pole production unit.
- To ensure product lines are set up efficiently while ensuring quality, cost & deadline objectives are met.
- Responsible for Production Department operations to achieve company goals.
- To plan, organize, direct, guide in accordance with achieving organizational goals and objectives.
- Organizing and managing all aspect of resources within, including optimizing expenditure costs to meet both monthly production target and monthly budgeted cost.
- Liaise closely with related departments in ensuring smooth running of production in terms of productivity, yield loss control, rejects and delivery lead time.
- Liaise with suppliers and maintenance department to ensure availabilities of critical spare parts, conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule and corrective maintenance to ensure machine in safe and good conditions.
- To initiate, revise and highlight standard operating procedures from time to time and ensuring adherence of all SOP at all time.
- Responsible for production line, process improvement, Kaizen project and Gemba kaizen.
- To provide, motivate and guide and meeting with the production Executive, Supervisor, and line leader and their work progress.
- Develop, propose training needs and train the employees to upgrade skill and knowledge.
- Ensure all workers likely to expose to chemical hazardous to health shall provide with information, instructions and training.
- To ensure good safety environment and HIRARC and precautionary measurer are maintained.
- Ensure production shop floor comply local authority rules and regulations such as D.O.E (Environmental and Schedule Wastes), JKKP, MPS, Bomba, occupational safety & Health use and standards of exposure of Chemical Hazardous to Health) Regulations 2000.
