Familiar with residential construction main building work.
- Undertake taking-off and manage tender Bills of Quantities (BQ) efficiently.
- Format BQ in accordance with acquired tender documents.
- Assist in correspondence, control, manage, and updating of all tendering documents, including quotations, subcontractor agreements, and material procurement records.
- Assist in tendering report for management review and comments.
- Ensure all tendering processes and document handling adhere to current company templates and standard operating procedures.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professional personnel
- Update and follow up on ad-hoc instructions from management and senior personnel.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Assist in administrative tasks as required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
