1.Bertanggungjawab untuk meningkatkan prestasi syarikat dalam mengimbangi kos pembinaan, memberi sebut harga sesebuah projek, mengira anggaran kuantiti bahan dan bertanggungjawab dalam memastikan semua kerja tambahan sesebuah pembinaan dapat diselesaikan

2.QS mestilah memahami sepenuhnya kontrak diantara kontraktor dengan pemilik (klient) dan mungkin akan timbul beberapa perubahan di dalam kontrak yang melibatkan kuantiti, penambahan kerja seperti yang diarahkan oleh klient di kemudian hari

3.memastikan projek berjalan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan seperti yang tertera di dalam kontrak dan dalam masa yang sama mengawal kos pembinaan serta kos buruh dan sebagainya.

4.Multitasking didalam kerja perakaunan dan pentadbiran pejabat.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
