**Responsibilities**:

- Title: Delivery Analyst (supply chain)
- Industry: Oil and Gas (Petron Fuel International)
- Location: Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur
- Work Hour: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm | 5 days per week
- Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable)
- Preferably has experience working with Fleet, Credit and Sales Management, haulers, Retail dealers and I&W customers.
- Technical knowledge of CSO/WINDSM tools and knowledge of transportation, marketing and logistics
- Purpose
- To provide efficient, cost effective dispatch solution by utilizing state-of-the-art dispatching tools, while optimizing service station inventory.
- Well coordinate with team and advise haulers of optimizing CSO/TDW with the combination of customer satisfaction
- **Job Description**:

- Provide efficiently, cost-effective dispatch solution utilizing state-of-the-art dispatching tools, while optimizing service station inventory- Analyze and summarize reasons for product run-out/return/diversion cases and find problems solution
- Liaise with Supply Team to find an alternative option in case of product run-outs while minimizing the cost
- Communicate and coordinate with the hauler, dealer, depot, territory manager to ensure deliverable of goods within the agreed time
- Perform month-end closing transaction in SAP
- Establish daily delivery plans to balance service station demand and truck requirements
- Provide truck routing and logistics optimization for term trucks to maximize truck utilization
- Determine daily least-cost dispatch solution and minimize Spot truck usage
- Skills & Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder.
- At least ** years working experience.
- Preferably has experience working with Fleet, Credit and Sales Management, haulers, Retail dealers and I&W customers.
- Technical knowledge of CSO/WINDSM tools and knowledge of transportation, marketing and logistics
- Understands the need to prioritize, manage time and respect the impact our work has Passion for learning new things, teaching your team and proactivity in leading.
- Able to work in Damansara Heights (Beside MRT Station)
- Computer literate (MS Office: advanced Excel and Word)
