A new unified Data & Analytics team is a part of this transformation, with the mandate to elevate talent density, standardize methods and tools and elevate the decision-making culture in our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated Director, Quick Commerce (QC) Analytics, to be responsible for leveraging data, advanced modeling, and experimentation to inform strategic priorities, enhancing customer experience, and driving growth/profitability. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data and Analytics, and working closely with the VP of Quick Commerce, this role will lead a team focused on creating impact with data across the entire QC value chain, including commercial, operations, partnerships, merchandising, revenue, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team of top-performing data analysts. Create a culture that emphasizes continuous learning, effective communications and the delivery of consistently high quality work products.
• QC Data Strategy: Implement a robust data & metrics strategy for quick commerce, backed by intuitive self-service analytics capabilities. 
• Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives on the basis of well-defined principles for potential impact on business outcomes. Ensure the team is focused on the highest-value work.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Data Advocacy: Collaborate with senior leaders to define analytics priorities and tailor solutions that address strategic challenges. Communicate complex analytics insights effectively to stakeholders, enabling data-informed decision-making across levels.
• Rigor: Review and elevate the work products of the team - advanced data models, storyboarded decks, dashboards. 

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Around 10 years or more of experience in tech, consulting, retail or similar industry, with at least 3+ years leading analytics teams. Experience in quick commerce, retail, or CPG is a plus.
• Strong technical foundations in SQL/Data Modeling/Forecasting
• Excellent influencing skills, with experience presenting storyboarded insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
