Tugasan 1. Membuat rodaan setiap hari dari rooftop ke Besmen Satu. 2. Membuat kawalan di pintu masuk utama lobi dan pos yang diberikan. 3. Memeriksa & memastikan pekerja memakai tag syarikat, mendaftar pelawat dan memberi pas lawatan pelawat. 4. Membuat pemeriksaan peralatan Bomba di dalam bangunan seperti ABC, Co2, Hos, Kanvas dan lain-lain. 5. Membuat laporan "internal work order" kepada Jabatan M&E berkenaan kerosakan lampu, pintu dan sebagainya. 6. Membuat laporan "internal work order" kepada Jabatan Cleaning berkenaan kekotoran dan air takungan yang perlu diuruskan dan lain-lain kerja kebersihan. 7. Membuat kawalan tugasan lain-lain semasa AGM / EGM Kumpulan Genting di bangunan. 8. Membuat kawalan di Tingkat 25 di pintu utama masuk ke pejabat pengarah. 9. Membuat kawalan dan mengawal kenderaan yang masuk dan keluar di kawasan bangunan. 10. Membuat kawalan di Besmen 5 dan Besmen 4 Tempat Letak Kereta. 11. Membuat gantian di Bilik Control Room M&E jika diperlukan. 12. Membuat kerja kawalan lif (lif operator) apabila ada pemindahan atau kerja pergubahsuaian di jalankan. 13. Menghadiri "In-House Fire Fighting Training" setiap 2 bulan sekali. 14. Mengendalikan Pengungsian Bangunan ("Evacuation Drill Exercise") setiap 2 kali setahun. 15. Lain-lain tugasan adhoc seperti mengiring VVIP yang melawat, menjalankan siasatan kecurian, pergaduhan, tugasan khas pihak atasan dan lain-lain. Kelayakan 1. Berkelulusan mínima SRP. 2. Sihat tubuh badan serta mempunyi penglihatan yang baik. 3. Berumur di antara 25 - 50. 4. Ketinggian mínima 165 sm (5'5"). 5. Boleh bertutur dan memahami Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris. 6. Tiada rekod jenayah. 7. Boleh bekerja mengikut giliran syif. 8. Bekas polis dan tentera digalakkan untuk memohon.
