The primary purpose of this position is to carry out the safety and security responsibilities within the vicinity and community of the Company’s properties or such other vicinity or properties covered or as requested by the Company from time to time and to ensure that all assigned duties are carried out effectively and such other tasks that Management believes are within the abilities of the holder and that fit with the Company’s strategic needs as circumstances dictate.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Carrying out safety and security responsibilities as directed.
- Always adhering to directions from Corporal and higher-ranking officer (collectively “Senior Officers”).
- Reporting emergencies to the Senior Officers and promptly taking the necessary actions during any emergencies, incidences, criminal activities, pickers, riots, sabotages and civil threats.
- Patrolling the designated routes/ locations or other routes determined sometimes.
- Directing smooth traffic flow during peak hours and emergencies and dealing with errant motorists and illegal parkers.
- Immediately reporting to Senior Officers of any Mechanical & Electrical faults or damage as well as leaking water pipes, gas leaks, lift malfunctions (where applicable), fire.
- Conduct surveillance through CCTV to spot any criminal acts, accidents and/ or potential mishaps and take the necessary actions as per the Police Act.
- Scrutinizing CCTV footage for such incidents as directed by Senior Officers sometimes.
- Checking the equipment checklist to ensure functionality of the CCTV Room equipment.
- Ensuring all breakdowns, malfunctions, discrepancies in CCTV Room and its equipment are recorded and reported to the Senior Officers.
- Monitoring, recording and reporting to Senior Officers on construction and vicinity maintenance/ upgrade works i.e. working hours and nature of work, noise level.
- Answering customers’ calls after 6.00pm from Mondays to Fridays, weekends and public holidays.
- Undertaking other relevant duties as may be determined sometimes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Preferably had attended basic training obtained from Pusat Latihan Polis (PULAPOL)
- At least 3 years of working experience in Property Management/ Facilities Management or equivalent proven track record in building maintenance works.
- Computer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
