Responsibilities

  • Protect premises, company's property and employees by maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Responsible to report all emergencies related matter including incidences, criminal activities, pickets, riots, sabotages and civil threats etc to the Senior Officer and actively identify problems and active role in resolving these issues.
  • Perform routine patrol, confront and resolve emergency and non-emergency situations in a manner that protects lives and property, maintains public order and provides assistance.
  • Records and document all activities by providing periodical reports to supervisor or management
  • Conduct surveillance through CCTV to spot any criminal acts, accidents and/or potential mishaps and taking the necessary actions as per the Police Act;
  • Scrutinize CCTV footages for such incidents as directed by Senior Officer as and when necessary.
  • Ensure all surveillance equipment/system are well properly operated, tested, calibrated and maintained. Record and report to the Senior Officer on the CCTV Room breakdowns, malfunctions, and discrepancies.
  • Compliance to safety and security enforcement and regulations to ensure efficient crime prevention
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Training: Certificate of completion in basic police training from any PULAPOL.
  • Work Experience: 1–3 years total experience, with 1–2 years in police, military, or security services.
  • Skills: Knowledge of police duties, effective communication, ability to learn, and computer literacy.
