**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within research pharmacy, hospitals, universities, and clinical industries.
- Conduct client visits and technical presentations tailored to laboratory professionals.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tender opportunities.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and attend trade shows, scientific conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Develop or adapt marketing materials (brochures, flyers, online content) for technical and scientific audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis specific to laboratory products and trends.
- Manage social media and digital marketing channels (if applicable).

**Coordination & Administrative Support**:

- Collaborate with internal departments such as technical support, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records in systems, including customer data, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
