Key Responsibilities '¢ Develop wireframes, mockups and prototypes. '¢ Develop consistent user experiences and interfaces across multiple platforms. '¢ Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the UI & UX design meets the business requirements. '¢ Working closely with developers throughout the SDLC to ensure the UI & UX design goals are met and consistent across all platforms. '¢ Continuously research and keep up to date with latest UI & UX principles, trends and technologies. '¢ Proactively incorporate and recommend UI & UX improvements. '¢ Performing any other job-related duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: '¢ Degree in Interaction Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or equivalent. '¢ Minimum of 3 years commercial UI & UX design experience. '¢ Strong knowledge of UI & UX principles, trends and technologies. '¢ Ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate UI & UX design concepts through the use of wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. '¢ Ability to design for complex solutions. '¢ Professional knowledge in using Figma. '¢ Must be able to think out of the box for good UI & UX solutions. '¢ Responsive design experience across multiple platforms - desktop, mobile and tablet devices. '¢ Proficient in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and others. '¢ Proficient in HTML5, CSS3. '¢ Good understanding of CSS Preprocessors such as Sass and Less. '¢ Knowledge in Javascript and JQuery. '¢ Understanding of Git. '¢ Understand the concept of A/B testing. '¢ Strong communication and presentation skills. '¢ Creative and possess good design flair.
