**Company Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and ensuring an exceptional user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to bring your designs to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Research: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Translate insights into design solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and iterate on design concepts. Gather feedback and make necessary improvements.
- UI Design: Develop high-quality user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices. Create visually stunning layouts, icons, and graphics.
- UX Design: Craft user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows that optimize user engagement and task completion.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs. Implement findings to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet project objectives.
- Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development teams.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve your skills and the quality of our designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
- Familiarity with Material UI and the ability to incorporate Material Design principles into your work.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
