**Recruitment Assistant**

**Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)**
**Office based in Rasah, Seremban.**
**Salary: Rm 1,800 - RM 2,300**
**Job Summary**
**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide day-to-day support in the HR Recruitment spectrum
- To assist in the recruitment process such as posting job advertisements, conducting phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies, and procedures
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Post and promote job ads across available platforms such as social media and other portals.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports/analyses on recruitment activities.
- Track/ monitor vacancy progress/ staff’s movement and ensure the recruitment processes are executed according to hiring operating procedures and policy and the vacancies are successfully closed in the stipulated turnaround time.
- Carry out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports and audit files.
- Coordinate hiring activities
**Job Specification**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or any relevant discipline.
- An energetic, creative, and results-driven individual with well-written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) and familiar with web-based technologies and social media to support recruiting activities, i.e. LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Well-versed in corporate recruitment processes i.e. interviewing/ assessment experiences and skills, experience in frontline or customer-facing roles, will all be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
