Key Responsibilities
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Develop financial strategies, create budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial data to guide decision-making.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly and annual reports, to senior management.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and forecast cash flow, manage daily cash balances, and ensure liquidity.
- **Compliance**: Enforce adherence to financial policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
- **Strategic Support**: Provide financial advice and insights on opportunities and risks, contributing to strategic planning and the company's financial health.
- **Team Management**: Supervise finance staff, coordinate schedules, and conduct regular assessments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial processes are integrated and monitored.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting software, and basic to advanced Excel skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret financial data and identify trends to support strategic decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively report financial information and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and drive profitability.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
