**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance the existing Body & Paint business.
- Attend promptly to customer inquiries related to motor claim procedures, repair costs, factory warranty, and related matters.
- Assess vehicle damage accurately and prepare precise repair estimates for both insurance and cash-paying customers.
- Provide transparent and detailed cost estimates while keeping customers updated on repair progress.
- Conduct professional service delivery, including clear job explanations, associated charges, and thorough post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise and negotiate effectively with insurance companies; prepare and submit invoices accordingly.
- Process supplementary claims where necessary to support efficient claim handling.
- Communicate efficiently with the Parts Assistant regarding parts availability and repair lead time to provide customers with accurate delivery timelines.
- Advise customers on completed work, charges, and collection schedules.
- Proactively upsell relevant car accessories and value-added services to customers.
- Strive to achieve targeted Body & Paint sales, job intake, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate actively in other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives assigned by superiors.
- Ensure all paperwork and reports are prepared in accordance with instructions from Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SKM Level II / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or related field.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Hands-on experience with motor insurance claims processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Class D / B2 driving license.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and an organized approach to problem-solving.
- Computer literate and capable of handling documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to relocate and work at Semenyih/Beranang.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
