Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain and enhance the existing Body & Paint business.
• Attend promptly to customer inquiries related to motor claim procedures, repair costs, factory warranty, and related matters.
• Assess vehicle damage accurately and prepare precise repair estimates for both insurance and cash-paying customers.
• Provide transparent and detailed cost estimates while keeping customers updated on repair progress.
• Conduct professional service delivery, including clear job explanations, associated charges, and thorough post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise and negotiate effectively with insurance companies; prepare and submit invoices accordingly.
• Process supplementary claims where necessary to support efficient claim handling.
• Communicate efficiently with the Parts Assistant regarding parts availability and repair lead time to provide customers with accurate delivery timelines.
• Advise customers on completed work, charges, and collection schedules.
• Proactively upsell relevant car accessories and value-added services to customers.
• Strive to achieve targeted Body & Paint sales, job intake, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate actively in other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives assigned by superiors.
• Ensure all paperwork and reports are prepared in accordance with instructions from Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SKM Level II / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or related field.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Hands-on experience with motor insurance claims processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid Class D / B2 driving license.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and an organized approach to problem-solving.
• Computer literate and capable of handling documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
• Willing to relocate and work at Semenyih/Beranang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
