**Requirements**:

- Cat lover with a passion for pet care
- Leadership & KPI-driven - Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets
- Retail & customer service experience - Understanding of sales and hospitality
- Proactive & punctual - Committed to smooth operations
- Social media skills - Familiarity with online engagement is a plus
- Photo/video editing skills - Advantageous for content creation
- Willing to relocate - Preferred for Klang Valley branches

**Responsibilities**:

- Train and supervise staff to ensure high service standards, especially in grooming/SPA, cleaning, and cat care
- Enforce and adhere to each SOP accordingly.
- Lead and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about the services provided.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs.
- Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare invoices and receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes.
- Maintain inventory levels for retail products sold at the reception desk and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness within the lobby and other common areas visible from the front desk.

**Work Schedule**
- Rotational shifts, including weekends & holidays

Pay: RM 2,500 - RM3,000.00 per month
