Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality security and risk management solutions. Responsibilities include team leadership, resource allocation, operational planning, client engagement, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Branch Manager will also contribute to building and maintaining client relationships, addressing their security needs, and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and operational excellence.

  • Background or experience in law enforcement, security, or intelligence is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and address urgent operational challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Security Studies, or related field preferred.
