**Job Scope & Duties**
- Support sales team on documentation required for sales activities.
- Follow up and liaise with sales team and customer on quotation matters.
- Provide excellent service to potential customer and existing customers.
- Co-ordination with others department to ensure sales timely delivered.
- Maintaining accurate record.
- Timely preparation of various reports.
- Follow up and liaise with project team engineers and production on sales & project matters.
- Ensure that departmental or team activities are in alignment with the organization's environmental goals.
- Participate in training programs related to environmental management and ISO 14001.
- Promote environmental awareness within the department and encourage colleagues to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to the EMS, including procedures and records.
- Ensure that departmental records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to work towards achieving the company objectives.

**Requirement**:

- Good communication skills and able to work effectively with team member.
- Discipline, self motivated and independent.
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge on AUTOCAD will be an advantage.
- **We prefer Mandarin speakers because you will need to communicate with customers in Mandarin.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
