**SALES EXECUTIVE**

**FACILITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS: CLEANROOMS, LABORATORIES AND GENERAL OFFICES FOR MULTI-NATIONAL CORPORATIONS (MNCS)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a sales pipeline of small and large projects
- Regularly visits client and present company collaterals
- Understand Market requirements
- Meet Sales Targets both monthly and yearly
- Diligently prepare and maintain paperwork incl KPI reporting, processing forms and reports
- Prepare engineering Offers with help from QS
- Self-motivated and diligent.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates welcome too
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and or Cantonese / Mandarin
- Speaking other languages is advantageous
- Working experience in the related field is advantageous
- Required Skill(s): Computer Proficient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess own vehicle
