Audit Director

**Qualifications & experience**
- Degree in accounting, finance or professional accounting qualification / practicing member
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (such as ISA and/or PCAOB), risk and quality management (such as ISQM), and financial reporting (such as MFRS, IFRS and/or US GAAP) and other relevant standards
- Possess initiative, ability to work independently, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and committed
- Good interpersonal, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- At least 12-15 years of audit experience
- Good command of English
- Willing to travel

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the audit strategy.
- Plan and execute comprehensive audit procedures such as planning, execution, group coordination, review, finalisation and reporting.
- Review audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to audit and accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate audit results effectively and provide actionable insights.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment, quality management, and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of audit professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide training, webinars, and/or seminars.
- Any ad-hoc project assigned by partners.

Pay: RM15,500.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
